I started Axio because the same conversation kept happening: a founder or operator needed serious work done — a cloud audit, a marketing site, a mobile app, a migration, a redesign — but didn't want to hire a full team to do it. So now I do that work directly, with a small group of senior engineers I trust, on fixed timelines and fixed prices.

The first diagnostic is free for cloud cost engagements. You get the full report and a presented deck — yours to keep, whether or not you hire us to execute.
Hand it back. Then leave.
You shouldn't need us to keep something we built running. We document, demo, hand off, and step back. Retainers are optional.
Honest about fit.
We turn down most of the work we're offered. If we're not the right team, we'll tell you on the first call and recommend someone better.
What we don't do.
